EVCA~ I only have a good guesstimate and with the recent maturity of convertables you just added 280mil to the O/S, FACT! They tried to cloak the debt and how they were gonna pay for it. The ONLY way to do it was thru shares as they are CASH POOR :( NO ONE has a clue what the SS is exactly now with the TA gagged.
