FYI: A non-answer from the RockTenn Vice President - Treasurer.
To be truthful I didn't expect an answer, but felt I had to try. Judging by the fact that the response was 1)sent "To: undisclosed-recipients" and 2)didn't directly address the questions, I have the feeling that Mr. Stakel composed a generic response to deal with multiple inquiries. And that Mr. Stakel recognizes the danger in providing ANYTHING that might be construed as non-public information to individuals.

Dear Sirs,
A Form 8-K was filed, followed by the issuance today of a press release, by JBI, Inc. describing an Agreement dated 7/29/11 between RockTenn and JBI dealing with the conversion of RockTenn's plastic waste into fuel by JBI. One of the terms of the Agreement provides for either party having the right to approve any Public Notices released by the other party prior to their issuance.
Did RockTenn approve the press release issued today by JBI? Do the details therein comport with RockTenn's understanding of the Agreement?

As stated in information publically disseminated by JBI, Inc., RockTenn did enter into a long-term arrangement with JBI to covert RockTenn’s plastic waste into fuel. Given the size of RockTenn, this agreement is not of a material nature for us to issue any public announcement regarding our business arrangements with JBI, Inc.
