Its not at 100 million authorizable its at 800 million. mlm posted the link a few weeks ago, here it is. And as far as we know there is 97 million O/S but who knows because we have not seen a Q or K in a year.
My concern is not dilution by financing the building cost as they could not hope to come even close given the current share price. It’s more a concern of dilution for their ongoing operations, salaries and whatever else. Same way it got up to 97 million. Now as it appears there is another 700 million to toy with.
