That is not the writings of someone who believes in the technology and is simply hacked off at management...your good pal has gone out of his way to phrase statements about testing to make people believe it went poorly...so to many here, it seems "not smart" for someone who doesn't believe in the technology or management to be holding shares long at 3 when he thinks the value is $.50 or a$1.00...
Your cohort is either a "not smart" investor...or, he doesnot own any stock and has an agenda...or he's cliaming to be a disgruntled shareholder and is actually "not long".....your ringing endorsement of his well thought out investment strategy might need some rethinking...
I do agree that it can be possible to beleive in a company's technology and unhappy with the way the company is run...your friend just doesn't fall into that category....
