I made some calls to local branches around my area that were listed on TheDirectory.com. I got pretty skeptical about the random listing, but the listings are actual people that subscribed to the website. I received confirmation that they paid for the subscription.
One of the reasons why I think this website will bring in exponential revenue is because this is one of the best ways for chiropractors/small businesses to revive their own personal business after being hit hard from the 2008 financial crisis.
Small businesses were hit last in the financial crisis, and it wasn't until the mid-2010 until they felt the economic distress and turbulence.
If Scott (the CEO) can design a directory in a special/unique way to attract more subscribers, then I wouldn't be surprised to see investors/traders flowing in to get a piece of this company. It's all about selling yourself, and this company needs to convince local businesses on why they should list with TheDirectory.com compared to other directories.
With the right marketing, this company may have a potential to build itself to a small/mid cap company within 1.5-2 years.
