I don't know why people think news of the construction is coming out then? The bids are due that day, I really don't think anything will be decided then. This will be the first time they will be able to see real construction cost numbers. They might want to add or delete things from the project to get in their budget. That might mean an architect or engineer making a change. And leveling the bids, this whole process could take up to a month. So just because the bids are due on the 17th, that doesn't mean we will know anything bc it will take time. So people shouldn't bash them if we don't hear any news right away. BE PATIENT!
