27...could be a key # one of these days...an article in the last few days stated that this is roughly the extraction production rate capacity for tapping into the strategic oil reserves of the US...are conservation plans in place in the event, of say a major weather event, putting a temporary disruption to oil transports or anything like that...planning on what needs to be most important in a potential present day sitution should be more important...back to conservation...imo...LJ
