Our interim ceo's brother Phillip Verges is holding a town hall meeting open for all of its shareholders and future investors in September for his other companies. Remember John Verges was one of the founders and is still connected to them. Anyways, it seems they are open to the shareholders if they care enough to host a town hall style meeting. One of the topics they are discussing is share issuance.
