sctts,
PSPW does not have a $5billion contract with Albania. Rudana does. More specifically Hany Salem.
At this point forget "Rudana" but the contracts are still active. However, of that $5 billion only "certain hydro projects" will be put to PSPW when the licenses are secured. Once this occurs then SeaWind International will be acquired and the whole merger/acquisition will be complete! Until then we focus on SA. Patience... the future of 3Power is bright!
Also, those Albanian hydro projects originally part of Rudana's contract constitute about a gigawatt of power. The $5 billion was for much more than just the hydro projects. It's very misleading to indicate "our $5billion..."

"Albania Hydro projects - I found the old news release from January, our $5 billion contract, and found a July 2011 report on Albania hydro projects. There is a beehive of activity going on in Albania, but so far I can't tell who the concessionaires are that have gotten the projects. Our original deal mentions Port Romano, which is mentioned in the July report, but not in conjunction with any company. And the total $ amounts are significantly smaller than our original 5 billion. I have made additional inquiries, will see if I get any responses, and will dig some more, I do have a love/hate relationship with my Rudana pals :) "
