I agree with the comments about verifiable DD and fully reporting etc being important. Also the CEO is of good standing and respect in the Healthcare Community and owns a huge wedge of the company. If they have anything near a few products to start a "pipeline" then this could get very exciting. There is nothing come to light yet but it's setting up to get very interesting here!
