Don't get me wrong, specific numbers would be nice, but a multi-million dollar contract for one hotel is huge. Especially how they rushed to get a contract negotiated 4 1/2 months before completing the MOU. That tells me corporate loves what TiVUS has and wants to expand this added revenue stream to their other properties. Not 100% about any stock, but this sure seems to be a solid deal.
