I think its obvious at this point that Parent's timelines are fantasy at best.

Remember.....A PR of a filing 'TODAY' meant 'tomorrow afternoon'
'A FEW DAYS' meant '5 weeks'

So if he's saying by 'MIDDLE OF SEPTEMBER', I'd be looking more towards next SPRING.
