Correct the short theory discussion will have a definitive answer as soon as ST spins out (I am assuming that happens before any Niostar transaction). I have been vocal on belief that while shorting has been taking place from time to time there remains no significant (5%) open short position. I truly hope I am proven totally wrong on that but either way the question will be answered.

Not sure if the meeting vote recrod date has any other meaning other than just that. I certainly expect that ST is on a similar schedule but whether they are tied together remains to be seen.

I read the share swap differently although you may be correct for the short term. There may be a share swap that ties HKHE value with that of SRSR but longer term I don't believe that to be the case. I expect that HKHE shares will get listed and SRSR holders will receive shares of that entity directly instead of via SRSR as a company, leaving SRSR an empty shell other than that of dead moose and perhaps some cash from the transactions discussed in the recent financials.

Another thing I keep coming back to and have brought up for discussion several times with no response is the possibility that HKHE backers or some other group are backing ST due to the two deals for management services listed in the recent financials. Originally ST was spun to make SRSR niobium only perhaps high gold prices allowed for a different plan?

Lastly yes the circular and any ST disclosure should really provide the details we are left guessing about!
