You didn't post it 3 months ago. I hope you haven't been living at JC Penny's since then.

Would you have us believe that you called the company in May, got the patent number and kept it to yourself?

I'm sure you realize that this isn't about a patent for processes and activities that the company appears to have abandoned. It's about credibility. The company's, not yours. If that's important to you maybe you should call them and see if maybe they just made a simple mistake (twice). Then you can admit that they never gave you the patent number. And this will be settled.
