Long Term usually means over one year to people and if you are, I think this stock could be a life changer going over one dollar. I noticed that companies whom make thirty million dollars in gross revenue have no debt or rather and extremely low debt to capital ratio with at least over one million in net profits are over one dollar unless of course they have been deemed delinquent by the SEC for various reasons. I have done days of camparing when adding up hours on this thesis. GLER has an estimated $15,000,000 in stockholder's debt equity that they have given away in compensations, acquisitions, and joint ventures to never have to take out debt from a bank. This stockholder's debt equity is written off as an expense and debt against the company so to speak. If these deals go through it is because GLER has compensated the $10,000,000 in equity within the five day period to Global Natural Earth Resources. Then, GlER will have to fund another $10,000,000 in equity to Global Natural Earth Resources within ten days of the original day of finalization. Then, another five million dollars in equity has to be compensated to Global Natural Earth Resources within a thirty day period of the original day of finalization of the contracts so to speak. If all of this is not compensated Global Natural Earth Resources will cease to exist and dissolve, and Moder Coal and Gler will owe each other nothing at all for their time and effort. That's business though, lol and it seems fair to me.
