I'm with you on the Soapy/TG tag team. Rocket, I too feel was/is a straight shooter.

I know your situation Scup. And THAT is another reason I feel the way I do about these folks. My glass was never half full nor have empty. Its was always overflowing! Then I realized it was one of those beer glasses with the fake beer in it and a light to make it look that way. LOL

In no way do I dislike the product, its the leadership that let me and many others down. I had conversations with them just like you. Oh man, they sure knew how to make a person feel good about their investment. Only things was, they never came through on even the smallest of issues.

There is a place local to me that has die hard customers for winnings brands, not to mention the friends I turned on to the product. 3-4 yrs ago I spoke with the owner of the store and he loved it too. His only complaint was never having any contact from them for promotional signs and such. I told him I would let someone know about it. I contacted Lorne who said he would take care of it. A few weeks later I went back expecting to see a nice banner or something only to be told there had been no contact from the company.

Now this may seem like a small trivial thing, but when you want to grow a company and be the best, you might want to follow through and support the people supporting you!

Some of the biggest companies started out "door to door" with back breaking customer service. Maybe I'm just old fashioned.

I don't understand why all they concentrate on is 100's Big box stores when they could be in 1000's of "mom and pops" after all this time, the product would be in far more various locations and more visible.

But what do I know. LOL
