I am betting that they can build a quality company out of the current situation they find themselves in.

I am betting they can build a quality overall scamming, thieving, shareholder robbing, felony tax evading new corporation than they find themselves in. But I believe Acc may be of the opinion they can only build a quality overall scamming, thieving, shareholder robbing, felony tax evading new subsidiary than they find themselves in. Maybe we should hold a contest to see who comes up with the correct noun? IMHO.
