Yes...you make a very valid point but why maintain CIMA as a subsidiary? Expo Holdings, Inc. is damaged goods, out of shares to sell and in trouble with everyone from the IRS to it's own shareholders. Bad rep...you name it. Why not a clean break? They did name it "CIMA Holding LLC" you did notice wink. IMHO.
