Many of you have been e-mailing us over the past few weeks concerned primarily about the price of the shares. Obviously, the Company has no direct control over market activities other than to take care of business and make sure the business is on the right track.
We are currently working on our year-end report for the fiscal year ended July 31st, 2011 so that we may file substantially sooner than the required file date.
We are working closely with the newly acquired Rebel Networks to integrate them into ADHC and to provide the capital and expertise necessary for them to get through the first phase of expanding Rebel’s cloud storage capacity, sign up new clients and add new members for the app team.
We will be making some announcements in the very near future regarding all these activities. Which I hope you will all view as very positive since the Company believes we are on a very positive trajectory.
