I see what your saying and for maybe just a few added comments might clear this up on Q&A for anyone that might initially see that.
Hope you dont mind this reply,i know it was sent to Bucks. I had saw that several weeks ago and thought it and just did a touch of research.
I was told by PHAR IR that many on leadership team are not even compensated for being on PHAR TEAM. They are not employees in the traditional sense. That sort of meant a lot to me on this type question.Im sure in time there will be some compensation possibly in the form of restricted shares.
But looking at this guys resume, couldnt look the US over for anyone more qualified, especially in medical area. That too was important for me, the medical field expertise.
Now that you brought it up ,it makes me want to dig a little deeper. That just shows me how important this Q&A can be.
Maybe BUCKS OR RAJ OR COMMON CENTS MIGHT KNOW THIS but it would be curious to know if HULTQUIST firm handled any previous work, maybe at Granutec, and Howard has a long past relationship. Maybe with all that has changed a re-valuation was suggested. Just sort of a natural fit for leadership team HOWARD IS PUTTING TOGETHER TO GET HIM THROUGH THIS CHALLENGE.Being in a public company is a whole new challenge than his only experiance with being private. If you look at his Dr. selections ,he is not messing around, but almost like he is doing overkill. Solid foundation he is building. Take care.
