Great job!!! Dont know about anybody else but i sure would have loved to have had all this DD right at fingertips,,emails sent with updates, in the beginning. Spent a lot of time on DD on this one...Add to that the incredible below par PPS and it almost makes you a little jealous. Thats a big lie.. Makes me sick! But im proud for those that have benefited on both. Another big fat lie. O Well things are changing.

On question "ARE THEIR CLAIMS LEGITIMATE"?
Thought it was a powerful vote of confidence Howard wrote about what future holds in MAY 9th Marketwire PR on 32mil updated valuation by Hultquist IP.
Howard chose to keep the 13mil valuation for records on financials now and will not show 32mil. The upcoming QTR report will not show 32mil.. Last paragraph of that May 9th pr would go well inserted in this section. I think it shows Howard is not a FLUFF things up kind of guy. He wants all things in motion and in production in full swing first.
This added to actual 32mil valuation already given i thinks it exudes confidence Howard has in moving forward.
On question" HOW CAN COMPANY INCREASE VALUE B4 PRODUCT IS MANUFACTURED?
Unlike above that has a PR to back up, have not been able to get this info but i think would be very be informative for up to date.
The validation process as you mentioned are a big key in this pre production area. That will be the PR,s that really could influence PPS in a positive way...I think there is more testing and validations in progress or to be done than even many on board know about. I know as an investor i would be interested in a list of tests with reason for it. As well i think valuable to any investor wanting up to date progress is to list in order tests or validations needed ,start dates of those in progress ,if any, and an approximate projected finish to completion.
I think this would be positive info for all.. The websites state retail production starting in a few months from April. We know thats impossible so this updated info along with all other Q&A info should be realistic factual info.
Tests im aware of are 90 DAY STABILITIES,,3RD PARTY CLAIMS TESTING WHICH ARE SEPARATE FROM CLINICAL TRAILS I WAS TOLD,,FDA VALIDATION OF FACILITY, VALIDATION OF ALL EQUIPMENT. VALIDATION OF PROCEDURE OPERATIONAL MANUAL. DO YOU KNOW OF MORE?
Maybe the best way is to gather known tests and email to Howard and get PHAR to put tests in order and give time frames of starts and approximate completion. Im sure they would be more than welcome. I know projections could vary widely but at least its knowledge we would have of whats started, what has to wait for construction completion etc..
Someone may know this info but if not i could do it or maybe add this to any list you have headed to PHAR for additional info.
Thanks for considering as i do feel from an investor myself i want to know this type info ,so im sure new ones would appreciate.
