Yes I agree Cytrx it is likely we are going to see dilution but let’s hope it is as limited as possible. But that remains to be seen and is the biggest concern on my mind if this project is actually accomplished.
That letter form the local government has made me a little more optimistic concerning this project lately. I would rather see one letter like that then 20 news releases from the company; IMO that letter holds much more significance. However that letter does not appear to have conjured up the nearly half billion they need to build the thing. I have not seen mention of financing anywhere and it would be nice to know what their plan is to pay for this. Hundreds of millions of dollars is a significant amount for even the largest of corporations. I may be wrong but I don’t recall any statements on where they intend to get money like this?
I am not sure what is going on behind the curtain as you say but a required filing would be nice and may give us a better idea of what is going on.
