what's the next step, the share price needs (should have)to go up, what is holding this back, do they need to partner, get an instuition to buy in, form 4s, more wells producing, the news they releasesd a month ago should of raised the share price even just alittle bit

look at lei, a few years ago they were under a dollar and now look, this is what needs to happen to bhwx
