While I agree with the idea of base hits as a good strategy for growing the company and staying profitable, but you need a home run (or base clearing triple at least one a season. The Home Run Derby is one of the biggest ticket sellers of the year in baseball. The reason why I am so adamant on this home run theory is that the company will surely find it hard to attract new quality films if they are the base hit team. Who wants to go the base hit restaurant, or stay at the base hit hotel? Why does anyone think that anyone would go to, or rent a base hit movie? Walmart connection is fantastic but I don't believe that most stores carry their inventory. Walmart is getting into the streaming business and I don't think they are laying out shelf space to the TDGI library titles and according to the website, even Boggy Creek will be an online only DVD.
