Do you agree JR was given the shares and title in the event the purchase of Renfro Energy by Brazos were to take place. Up until then, JR hasn't had any involvement with Brazos. Do you agree?

If not, what involvement has he played in Brazos? Not what part has he played in is own company, what part or Barzos and what has he done as director?
