I have a question.
Since ESHC was recognized by court long time ago i assume that you had a knowledge action of old BOD as well as JB. Why then old BOD as well as JB weren't fired long time ago?. We had shareholders support and over 51% of votes on the first day of recognition of ESHC. Is this a coincidence that doc 732 was produced after new BOD were elected.
