Thanks for your inquiry. As I mentioned in our call, unfortunately, I can’t give out information beyond what is stated in the complaint. We believe the allegations in the complaint to be accurate. Regarding your second and third questions, to my understanding, the remedies the SEC is seeking in the complaint (injunction, disgorgement, penalties, and penny stock bar) would not take shares out of the public float.
