I've been doing some digging on what the real O/S is, and I've arrived at it being 311,000,000. I've checked multiple venues and they all report the same thing, so whoever is throwing around the O/S being 700 million is severely mistaken. There is also NO HINT OF DILUTION here as well. If anyone wants to fact check me, I welcome it.

I also took the liberty in pulling up one of ICBT's competitors in mining, and most of the companies that have the same OS as ICBT are trading around .14 a share. Some of these companies are also only in the development stage as well, and haven't even started excavating.
