I will be taking action. I'm going to opt out of their lousy class if it gets that far.

I will also email the company, telling them that I have taken that action because I could not participate in any class action settlement in good conscience. I will also offer to send them an affidavit saying I found their filings to be sufficiently clear and feel that the company has been open and forthright with the stockholders concerning disclosure of material events and has been generous with non-material information when stockholders call.
