Jimster 10Q versus 10K

"Q4 (Oct-Dec) would be the first qtr where revenues should be in high gear...filing comes Feb 2012 "

Not sure about OTCs, but if this company follows standard financial timelines, the first release in 2012 will be the 10K not the 10Q. The 10K has a 90 day timeline deadline, not 45 day like the 10Q. So the release would be March 31, 2012.

Like I said, it depends on if they follow the standard.
