I'll list some facts:

1. Proven working real-time 3D device? It will be shown on the 19th.

2. CEO not wasting money by having the company pay for a Mercedes AMG at $105K? Good for Dean.

3. CEO did not disclose publicly that he filed for extension to refile Additional Information on June 9, 2010. so he forgot that one.

4. CEO failed to provide real-time 3D demo video "in a couple weeks" as stated in shareholder letter on May 23, 2011. Not allowed by FDA to do so.

5. CEO failed to acquire PR firm after stating Mike Nessen would no longer be performing those duties and that a PR firm would be hired shortly (this was like 3+ months ago). This is in the works. He will announce this on the 19th.

Dean Janes likes nice cars, nice women, and likes to party.... Oh yeah, he also invented a breakthrough medical device that will make all the stockholders rich soon.
