With over 400k in liabilities and only 100k in cash, according to the financials, either some big cash needs to come in or more dilution is on the way. My guess is the dilution. I don't see an RS until it is no bid and that will mean that this goes to at least 500M of the OS.

Get out before the no bid occurs. RR doesn't care, he will dilute. He has to do it.
