I called Luis but got Pedro. He is a helping Luis when there is too much to do. He confirmed to me that Financial will be sent next week via email to shareholders haven't bashed the stock during past quarters.
He confirmed as well that 20% of employee's wage is paid in shares restricted for 12 hours. They are pooling the shares in a common account to diminish fees.
After I did compliment him for his English and gained more confidence, he confirmed that they were the power group selling in the trips. They feel sorry for the us bagholders but they needed the money to finance a huge beach party.
The good news is that the party is scheduled for this week-end. If succesful, they will invest back all the profit in the stock.
So.. .time to BUY !!!!!!!!!!
