You make some good points. The continued silence leads me to believe I was right about Laidlaw. I find this continued silence very odd. It would seem in the wake of all that has happened recently that a man who claims to have shareholders interests at heart would want to say something, and set the record straight. Hiding behind lawyers and a NDA only perpetuates the notion that Mike is hiding something. What I find odd most of all is how all this happened. Wasn't Mike a former Wall Street guy? One would think he knew the rules as they pertain to the SEC? The fact that he was a former Wall Street guy leads me to believe that this mess happened as the result of "only two things".

1. Mike knew the rules and chose to ignore them, which to me indicates foul play.

2. Or, Mike did not know the rules, which in my book suggests ineptness and incompetence. I don't buy the misunderstanding excuse. He either knew the rules or he didn't. Either way his actions have resulted in where this stock is today. I wonder if he's the right guy for the job?
