BB1, my referrence to proof was aimed at what the SEC
would or could do if they in fact ever launch any form
of investigation into this whole BEHL-BNPD-ECOWASTE
matter. If no crimes have been commited, then there
really isn't much anyone can do. Personally, I think
the whole thing stinks and shareholders have lost a
lot of money here because of several reasons. Have
any crimes been committed, I have no idea. If there have
been crimes committed, then maybe the SEC will step in
and bring the guilty parties to justice. I will not
hold my breath on that however. Like I said, I will
hold off for awhile to see what happens, if no signs
of life, I will sell and move on.
