I think undervalue was going to alert the SEC about the impending R/S and the change of direction. As if that has stopped Eade before with his shenanigans. The guy is a master of deception and fleecing people out of their money.

IMO, the R/S WILL go through...the company WILL change direction, and then more R/S's will happen along the way, wiping out investor's equity.

What's to stop them? Apparently there's plenty of newbies out there to be had...
