Um, perhaps these attorneys should read the complaint again.

Paragraph 16 of the complaint: "Defendant JBI is a Nevada corporation with its principal executive offices located at 1783 Allanport Road, Thorold, Ontario, L0S 1K0." (emphasis added)

At least the firm did a good job of explaining the "lead plaintiff" role.
