By the way, most jobs being created are reducing full time positions and creating some part-time positions.
For example, a 40 hour position(minus 2.5 hours of weekly lunch) could be cut, and then made into seven-nine positions based on hours per shift(4-5 hours).
A nice way to creating jobs by downsizing one full time position; not excluding all the benefits the company is saving by not having that F/T position. A win for the company two ways: They save money by not having to pay benefits to F/T associates, and they look good, because they get to report that they're hiring.
The government wins, because they can say jobs are being created, when in fact, the same hours are being reported just in a different way.
