So now there are two posts?

Well technically now there are three claiming there is no Federal Tax lien filed against D&D Displays by you. Here is the lien you have claimed now three times does not exist or is phony:

http://www.secretary.state.nc.us/taxliens/Taxlien.aspx?EventLogId=19777626

Yes that is NOT(according to you) a genuine Form 668 filed by the IRS on August 2, 2011 for $127,139.77 against the assets held by D&D Displays for non-payment of 941 witholding taxes by the thieving principals of the company which is a division of Expo Holdings, Inc. who's shares you are holding "tightly". Now, if you would like to ADMIT you were incorrect and that the lien does indeed exist, I will accept that as a factual declaration that the (now) three claims you've made that the IRS lien on D&D Displays does not exist were a simple "mistake".

So the entire effort to "box the EXPH shares into the cellar" was solely concentrated between August 8-11, 2011?

Well..I disagree..after the post was made the effort sure was there..but I do agree it didn't work so it was a wasted effort.

A massive "four day effort" to box EXPH shares into the cellar? Mercilessly pounding them into the ground from .0002 to .0001 day after day using a $10 paint at the close so they could keep applying the relentless pressure? That is the way you want it recorded for posterity?

Well then, yes, I will have to agree with you. It certainly wasn't much of an effort, LOL.

Is there any reason you keep bringing up the company's lack of dilution? The IRS apparently really put the heat on them right around February this year which would be the normal procedure six months before filing a lien...which is a last resort before incarceration and/or an auction of assets. Which was likely why Brown stopped diluting then or they would STILL probably be issuing new shares. What part of "the IRS will seize any money they raise through dilution" don't you understand? The expense of issuing the shares would only put them deeper in debt outside the reduction of the criminal theft of 941 tax assessments being levied against them of ocurse. But one would have to believe that Brown and Harrs have no intention whatsoever of paying back money they stole, so why would anyone with a criminal mindset like that issue more shares? They aren't not issuing shares because they think you're a swell shareholder and want to do right by you. They aren't issuing shares since February because they apparently can't steal any more of your money and pocket it using that method any longer, DUH.

No one is buying shares because anyone doing so would, IMHO, have to be INSANE to buy EXPH shares with a couple of criminal federal tax thieves running the company. And as I said before, go ahead hold on real tight to those shares if they make you feel better...they're absolutely worthless for any other purpose so it's good you found some use for them. This is going to end the way all scams do...the exact opposite of what you think and exactly the way I have been saying it would since fall of 2009. But then, we've been down this road before wink. IMHO.
