Candeeman, info to consider:

1. Apple has been reported to have paid $2 billion for Nortel's 4G portfolio.

2. accept as realistic Wilan's management statement at yesterday's Canaccord Genuity Growth Conference that Wilan's 4G portfolio is at least as strong as Nortel's (presentation http://wsw.com/webcast/canaccord4/wiln/)

3. Wilan's 4G patents are not widely licensed

That's $2 billion plus the revenue stream plus cash:

1. The BOOKED revenue stream based on current run rate of $120 million per year and estimated life of 5 years = $600 million

2. $205 million in cash at June 30th

3. factor future growth of $500 million

My estimate: $3.3 billion or $27 per share. An IDCC sale price will further establish valuations.
