No distribution will be made of one (1) share or less; instead, shareholders who would be entitled to receive one (1)
of GOCOM common stock will receive a cash payment of $3.00.

So does this mean that after our 625 to 1 deal that our GOCoM shares will be worth $3.00 right off the bat.
