Dig it up yourself...there's actually two where you denied the tax lien was filed...shouldn't be a problem.

You can post about Expo Holdings not diluting all you want. 1) It is pointless, 2) you know that because, 3) if they diluted they would simply have to turn the money over to the IRS and it would just run their debt higher from the cost of registering the shares. Criminals don't steal from the US Treasury because they are looking for creative ways to give the mnoney back to the people they stole it from, DUH. Expo won't dilute because it would simply do them no good. They are broke and the only way for them to get money is to start working some deals under the table. An idea I would suspect has done more than simply cross their minds lately and one I also suspect they may be proficient at.

There was never any effort to "box EXPH shares into the cellar". If that wasn't a bald-faced prevarication and there actually had been, the only people who would be interested in such a move would be people who had naked shorted the shares. So, by denying the obvious, you have simply admitted you understood clearly your point was being falsely implied and represented to begin with.

Expo Holding is not only not legit, it is now a proven haven of tax thieves. They are broke, have been for some time and will, IMHO, be out of business soon. Their shares are nearly worthless and the volume is low only because there is no one foolish enough to buy the shares at any price considering (despite your denial it has occured) the Federal tax lien and the pending consequences thereof. The SM will very likely be cancelled. If it is not, it will be a lie-fest and the people emerging from it will know less than they did when they went in. Hold your shares tight...no one cares...EXPH shares are very nearly worthless. Holding EXPH at this point, IMHO, is nothing more than supporting and attempting to further the cause of alleged federal tax thieves in pursuit of chump change. If that activity is considered "legitimate", best of luck to you. It will very, VERY likely end the same way all such enterprises end. All IMHO.
