Pleepleus, Check out the SEC form - some of it is a Q & A, some of the details I gave them were about David Long, no way to contact the co. by phone, the fluff PRs he's put out, and the dilution that's been going on.
Worse case scenario, the SEC halts it to investigate D. Long & the happenings of TMHO.
What have we got to lose at this point, many (we) have already been scammed by D. Long. IMO
