HUH? Not a matter of hiding from any promises. Pinky companies JUICE PR's all the time with all kinds of wild promises and outrageous money numbers to sell shares. Forward looking talk. Disclaimers at the BOTTOM of all PR's keep them out of trouble for the most part. All the CEO's have to say is what they HOPED would happen fell apart. It's CLEAR that traders are NOT believing the wild PRs put out by this CEO or there would be alot more volume and this stock would NOT BE WORTH far under a penny.
