Don't know what's going to be brought on the 15th when they release the 10Q, we'll see. However, in their 10K, it was mentioned that they tried to complete the merger into the third quarter of this year and we are in the third quarter now, so the merger news will either be included in the 10Q or it will be on a separate PR.
