Perhaps management isn't in this for a quick flip... Why do they care where the PPS is right now? The company isn't even operational or generating revenues yet. Nor are they using the stock for funding (dilution). IHAI isn't going anywhere, and neither is Carmil with the PSGS. It will be YEARS before they think about filing Form D's and selling their own stock for a profit.

What you need to understand is that you bought a stock based on speculation, and the company is in its infantile stage. There are no guarantees here. Speculators take the greatest risks and reap the greatest rewards when they are correct.
