Rare Earth / Mining

Quote:Rare Earth holdings may be the most financially significant division of Bayport. This company likewise owns a vast amount of REE's in northern Canada. Bayport's current mining claims consist of numerous locations in the western United States. Our primary aim is to be a significant player in the rare earth market. We will also pursue gold as well as other precious metals. Bayport is currently negotiating with several mining companies and individuals to increase our presence in the mining community. Rare Earth and precious minerals and metals are very strategic and critical for the United States military, defense welfare and many new inventions. More details will be released when available.



Oil & Gas

Quote:Bayport has agreed in principle to combine their oil and gas division with that of a Texas oil & gas company to form a more complete division,combining their landmen and field personnel with our own oil & gas team. Bayport will have an oil & gas field office in Diboll, Texas (between Dallas & Houston) and an extensive oil project in Gaines County, Texas.

This division will actively pursue leases and oil & gas drilling opportunities and will likewise pursue saltwater disposal well projects throughout the United States and Canada. The CEO and President of this company have agreed to become directors of Bayport Corporation as well as heading up our Oil & Gas Division. More information will be made available soon.


Food Processing / Sales

Bayport Corporation through it's subsidiary Mill Co-Packing LLC, of Tennessee, will process and sell Lou's Louisiana Shrimp with six different sauces. Mill Co-Packing will also process local crops in middle Tennessee to sell nationally under our brand name and as private labels for others. Mill Co-Packaging has secured sizable loans from local lenders and the USDA will guarantee $1.8 million for utilizing Tennessee as it's headquarters. Bayport's seafood sales will utilize lobster pounds in Maine, processing plants in Louisianna, Alaska and the Cost Rica-Honduras areas of South America for wholesale distribution. We have currently chosen to discontinue retail sales, at least through the summer months, and may discontinue all together if wholesale sales are as anticipated. Randy Mayne will supervise our entire food related project and has agreed to become a director of Bayport.

Quote:1. We have an option on a 1,500 acre resort in the state of Maine. This project currently has ski facilities, a 9-hole golf course, riding stables, 40,000 sq ft clubhouse/lodge, utility and road infrastructure, a chalet and snaw making capabilities. The project has been approved to build 1,600 condominiums. Maine has just begun gaming opportunities. This property is valued at $10 million. It is Bayport's intention to take this project public and thereby receive a percentage.



2. We are in the process of obtaining 51% of this entity which owns patented paint formulations. Ford Motors has helped in the testing of these paints for the automotive industry and has determined that they will reduce heat in automobiles up to 30%. These same paint formulas when utilized on metal buildings will reduce internal heat by 20-30%. These same formulas have been tested for use in fingernail polishes and will last for weeks. Dillards, Nordstroms and Macys have all expressed an interest.



3. We are currently working with a group that has numerous cosmetic formulations. One item, Skin Protech, utilizing a formula that protects skin from chemicals up to and including hydrochloric acid. Other formulas include health and wellness products and cosmetics. The skin protech formulation sold $10,000,000 in Japan alone. It is anticipated that national and international distributors will be located and signed in the near future.
