You should be concerned, cool. These are very serious charges...and Hainey is directly connected with the company. As Williams is already in serious trouble with the SEC, you can bet they will be looking at SUGO.

This could be suspended any day, wouldn't surprise me in the least.

Add to this issue, the improper use of the NI 43-101 term, and those news releases claiming various mineral values where none is yet proven, will add to the fodder for the SEC.
