To me thats the only thing holding this thing down. They keep trying to sweep the lawsuit under the rug and that it doesnt matter, blah blah blah. Well obviously it does matter, that was the start of the trickle down. And im sure things would really change if they really did lose the lawsuit and had to issue that massive amount of shares they want. I get they are crooks, etc, whatever else everyone wants to say about the lawsuit but in reality anything is possibly in this horrible judicial system we have. We all know the land they own should have this PPS way higher but all those shares in the lawsuit would make that PPS pretty horrible if the crooks win.
