kwoky - Thank you for posting the very valuable Level II data for SFIO today, it is appreciated.
I agree with most of what you stated in your post.
I think it is true that the risk vs reward in a penny stock is relatively low when the investor/trader can get in at sub penny prices while the par value of the stock sits at .001; remember the low here was .0019 (I think), so any who were able to grab shares at that level IMO made for a great risk/reward for owning the stock for the long term (years).

I scratch my head understanding why there exist those who think that the SEC/FBI/whoever would necessarily shut down the company after they have already stated that the sting operation was done in a way not to harm investors and the defendants have already signed plea agreements; now we all just waiting on paperwork for the civil case. Unless, there is something that we are all missing. It seems to me there were quite a few people who knew about the TS/Fuentes fraud conspiracy case before the SEC charges were made public so perhaps they are so negative now because they know even more (?); if they do not know anything more though then I guess they are just engaging in speculation which we are all guilty of (hardly the worst thing in the world, whatever). If they DO know extra legal status then that is insider info and I guess they are right in that the legal matters are not over since the SEC/FBI may be tracking THEM down as well (?!) for posting such 'knowledge' on a public msg board, hehe. Then again, freedom of speech is a b*tch, isn't it? ALL opinions/perspectives should freely roam the digital space, just my opinions.

It is interesting that NITE is the highest bidder at .0071 and for so few shares of stock (~$30 worth). It is interesting that there are no 'participants' sitting on a one cent bid yet one cent seems to be the daily 'floor'; though remember 'floors' and 'ceilings' mean nothing and can drop out at any time, its all technical hocus pocus, please stop posting the 'chart' of SFIO price 'action', only .07% (261,000/338,000,000) of the alleged shares in the float are trading yet pulling the market cap up and down by a third! LMAO
People, if you have ten bucks or fifty bucks or whatever and you own dozens or thousands of shares of SFIO, when some shm*ck pulls the market cap down by 1/3 using a few thousand shares (~$40 worth) then feel free to call up your broker and put in a limit buy order at one cent, even if only for a few hundred shares or whatever. It is retarded to me that holders do not protect their investment by pitching in a few more dollars to force the MMs to move into a new range; they do not care what range they are in, they are merely providing liquidity. IF there is no one left here with a significant position that needs protecting THEN I would say that that is a moot point, but then if that is the case, then I would continue to scratch my head as to why there are those here with so much time and effort put into trying to convince others to dump all their shares wholesale. Hey, who knows, maybe there is not a single 'participant with more than a few thousand shares (?); though I do see NITE has a sizable sell at .018. Interesting too that NITE is so greedy about giving up the SFIO shares they own, why? I would think NITE would put a one cent bid and a .011 cent ask or something like that, oh well.

I hope if there are still legit hard core shareholders in a sizable SFIO position that those holders see the future potential for the company (not TS/Fuentes) and do not sell close to par value or even any price under a penny unless they really are convinced that the company is at this point absolutely kaput and the patent/product are worthless and the outstanding liabilities versus the current or future earnings remains and will remain negative for all future time. Otherwise, I agree that snapping up SFIO shares in sub penny land is I would say at least a decent risk/reward, especially if you are only spending a few tens of dollars here and there maybe to keep it at one cent whilst occasionally grabbing huge blocks for less (sub penny)!

Good luck to all SFIO investors!

$SFIO!
